Large 1950s Bent Karlby 5-Arm Glass and Brass Chandelier for Lyfa
About the Item
Large Bent Karlby 5-arm glass and brass chandelier for Lyfa. Executed in patinated brass with five opaline blown glass shades, Denmark, circa 1950s. A quintessentially Danish Modern chandelier by a master designer whose exquisitely crafted pieces are increasingly sought after by collectors worldwide.
Accommodates 5x 75w equivalent standard medium base (e26) LED bulbs (lower with incandescent). Professionally rewired for US electrical and for mounting over a standard American j-box. Not UL listed, but recommended UL listing possible from authorized 3rd party vendor upon request for an additional fee. Contact us to facilitate.
Some age appropriate scuffs, dings, nicks, patina, and wear as largely shown and noted only for accuracy.
