Modernist Oil Rubbed Bronze Chandelier with Organic Hand Blown Murano Shades

About the Item

This sophisticated chandelier was realized in Murano, Italy- the island off the coast of Venice renowned for centuries for its superlative glass production- by High Style Deco. It features a circular form with an abundance of hand blown organic faceted spherical shades in opalescent Murano glass attached to the oil rubbed bronze frame and facing myriad directions. The chandelier attaches to the ceiling via three wires, and would be perfect over a dining table or as a statement fixture in a living room. With its beautiful craftsmanship and clean modernist lines, this piece is as versatile as it is aesthetically compelling, blending perfectly with any style of interior from Classic Mid-Century Modern to contemporary. It has been newly rewired to American standards. The height can be adjusted to suit. The chandelier accommodates fifteen candelabra based bulbs offering up to 900 watts of light. Excellent condition. Approximately 6-8 week lead time. Italy, 21st century Dimensions: 43" diameter x 40" height.
