Russian 19th Century Neoclassical St. Ormolu, Crystal and Green Glass Chandelier

About the Item

An exceptional and most decorative Russian 19th century Neo-Classical st. ormolu, crystal, and green glass chandelier. The six arm chandelier is centered by a richly chased acorn finial and stunning hand blown emerald green central fut with beautiful sprays at the center spread over two tiers and adorned with lovely crystal rosettes and crystal pendants. The elegantly scrolled foliate arms branch out from a fine wrap around ormolu tier with charming berried laurel designs adorned with additional crystal rosettes and an exquisite array of wrap around crystal pendants. Four elegant chains lead upwards to an additional top tier decorated in the same manner with beautiful crystal pendants all below exquisite sprays at the top crown.
