French 1940s Brass and Bronze Floor Lamp This elegant French floor lamp from the 1940s embodies timeless sophistication. Constructed from turned and cast bronze components, it features a refined, low-luster dark brass finish that highlights the subtle variations in its aged patina. The bronze and brass elements have been meticulously refinished, preserving their character while enhancing the overall presentation. Professionally rewired with a high-quality double socket and a brown silk-wrapped cord, the lamp is fully functional and ready for contemporary use. It stands a commanding 64 inches tall on a 10-inch diameter base—offering both visual weight and graceful verticality. Very good vintage condition overall, with minor wear consistent with age. Small dings and imperfections are present on some metal surfaces; please refer to the photos for detailed views. The lamp is structurally sound and in excellent working order.
