An incredibly refined vintage design that is quintessentially Swedish. Executed in sculpturally bent perforated brass and blown round orange glass shades. Unmarked.
Price is per lamp. One lamp available.
lamp accommodates 1x max 40W equivalent standard candelabra base (e12) LED bulb (LED only, not included). Professionally rewired for US electrical with custom period-style 3.5" backplates for mounting over US junction box. Not UL listed, but recommended UL listing possible from authorized 3rd party vendor upon request for an additional fee. Contact us to facilitate.
Some age appropriate scuffs, dings, nicks, patina, and wear as largely shown and noted only for accuracy. Please note only one representative example is shown in listing images, but both lamps in similarly good condition and present well as a pair.

Hans-Agne Jakobsson
Hans-Agne Jakobsson was a Swedish interior and furniture designer, who ran his own company from 1951. Jakobsson was especially famous for his lighting designs, which often had a softly glowing light and organic shape. His designs were inspired by great, modern Scandinavian designers such as the Finnish icon Alvar Aalto and Danish lighting master Poul Henningsen.
