It features a sculptural gilt brass structure shaped like swirling leaves, surrounding a central white opaline glass globe. The hand-crafted metalwork, with detailed veins and folds that mimic natural leaf structures, evokes the organic and floral aesthetic typical of mid-century Italian design, particularly reminiscent of makers like Stilnovo and decorators associated with the Florentine and Milanese schools. The brass has been skillfully shaped and hand-finished, with a warm, subtly aged gilding that adds depth and character to the piece.
