This is attributed to Europe from the mid 20th century. There is a signature painted with a brush near the base of the lamp. The lamp's base is porcelain with gilt trim that is wearing in some sections. The plug is older and dates to mid-century or earlier. It presents well with an added white shade that is not included. It measures 33 inches tall from base to finial and 5 inches by 5 inches wide.
