A table lamp by GAB. Executed in finely ornamented pewter, stamped with makers mark, Sweden, 1930s. GAB is short for Guldsmedsaktiebolaget, which translates roughly to "Goldsmiths incorporated". Other designers of the period include Josef Frank, Kaare Klint, Estrid Ericson, and Just Andersen.
