Jette Hellerøe Midcentury Danish Ceramic Table Lamp Beige and Brown, 1970s
About the Item
Midcentury ceramic table lamp by Danish ceramist Jette Hellerøe, ca 1970s.
The body of the lamp is decorated with a laced circle decor with beige glaze contrasted by the unglazed dark brown neck. The lamp is made with chamotte clay which gives a rustique look.
The lamp was manufactured either in Jette Hellerøes own studio or at Axella Stentøj.
Marked on bottom "Jette Hellerøe" and number "730"
Included is a new lamp shade designed in Denmark.
It is made of woven fabric with some texture and it is natural white.
It has a top cover so it will spread a cosy light downwards.
The lamp is in very good used condition with full function.
Measurements:
Height including lamp shade (as shown in photos): 45,5 cm (17.91”)
Height ceramic part only (without socket): 25,8 cm (10.16")
Diameter lamp base: 13 cm (5.12")
Diameter lamp shade: 25 cm (9.84")
Lightbulb: For type E26/E27 Edison screw-fitting.
The lamp is made for Scandinavian outlet. If you use other plugs in your country you can either use an adapter or exchange it with a plug used in your country.
