Pair of Vintage Italian Postmodern Loft Table Lamps in Metal
About the Item
Offered here is an interesting and unusual pair of table lamps, produced in Italy and dated to the first half of the 1980s. Crafted in bent sheet metal and painted white, with a corrugated reflective element underneath the head to better diffuse light, they are designed in post-modern style and resemble pieces from the era penned by designers like Mario Botta and Joe Colombo.
The two lamps can be placed on a desk, side table or sideboard; they are ideal both to set up a focused atmosphere in a working corner and for diffused light in a living room. Despite being unsigned, they clearly show a thoughtful design process and an equally accurate manufacturing.
Preserved in very good conditions, with just minor and expectable signs of time throughout, they are ready to be set up with no need for restoration, rewiring or anything else. They have been checked by a professional electrician, in order to ensure everything works safely and correctly, and will be delivered inclusive of lights.
