A Large Victorian Giltwood Overmantle Mirror H170cm
About the Item
K0618 A Large Victorian Overmantel giltwood mirror or arched form, having original mercury glass with some foxing and desirable sparkle in gilded frame with moulded can finely carved cornice above floral frieze, decorative laurel leaf carving throughout and leaf scrolls to the base. This antique mirror retains its original glass, original gilt with some toughing up over the years and original panelled backboards with four wall bracket, all ready to place at home. c1850
