The entire frame of this organic design Arts & Crafts mirror is a feast of carvings with marvelous, hand carved plants on either side and a stylized rising sun just below the top shelf. Since mirrors are particularly difficult to capture in a photo, we can tell and promise you that this one of a kind antique looks even better in real life than in any of our images. Only when looking at this antique in person can you truly take in the beauty of its design, its striking details and its marvelous patina. This piece is completely original and in near perfect condition. There is a clean maker's label on the back which read Maddox & Co., LTD. From the quality of the design and the make, this can only be the work of one of the great artisans from the British Arts & Crafts era.
