A intricate and very decorative gilt wood and gesso openwork framed mirror. floral motifs throughout the frame with a beveled edge mirror within. The Mirror features the fine rhythmic sinuous curves and flowers Associated with the Art Nouveau style.
Dimensions: 57” high by 32” wide by 3” deep.
Condition: Please see detail photos. There are various signs of age as shown including a few areas of gilt loss, loss at the top (clearly shown in photos), stable age cracks, nicks and slight rubs which do not affect the captivating Art Nouveau presentation. Some level of restoration may be desirable.
