A distinguished Swedish Gustavian carved giltwood mirror, signed by the renowned master mirror maker Johan Äkerblad (1728–1799) and bearing the Stockholm guild stamp (hallstämpel). Äkerblad, celebrated as one of Sweden’s most prominent and prolific artisans, specialized in crafting mirrors in the elegant Rococo and Gustavian styles.
Signed IÅ and AÖB. Impressed twice and illegibly dated with the guild's ink stamp.
