Fabulous pair of small credenzas or buffet cabinets by A. Brandt Company comprised of solid ranch oak with a natural oak finish. Wonderful vintage condition. One top has a joint crack that had occurred from age, but it has been repaired, it just added beauty to the patina. Please see photos, circa mid-20th century. Yes! You are seeing double!! The natural oak finish was made by sealing the wood, double coating it with lacquer, and applying liquid wax and Spanish whiting. Both cabinets have double doors that open to storage with a single shelf in each unit and a pair of drawers. One of the shelves in one unit is outfitted with pull-out wire hooks for hanging cups or barware. Plus, the doors and drawers feature the A. Brandt signature wood pulls.
