- Condition:Refinished. Additions or alterations made to the original: Side boards were removed so that the headboard and footboard could be attached to fit a standard twin or extra long twin mattress. Wear consistent with age and use. Bed fits a twin-size mattress. Headboard & footboard are connected by a spring tarpaulin platform from Leggett & Platt. Platform connects to the headboard & footboard using 1/4 20 nuts, (2) on each connection. Bed is strong & solid.
