A very beautiful pair of South German Biedermeier armchairs or bergères in fine walnut each with shaped, fan-carved crest rail above scrolled armrests terminating in out-scrolled feet, Germany, circa 1830.
These armchairs are being sold as a set not individually. The list price is for the pair
Note: This pair of armchairs is in very good to excellent condition and has been expertly restored, French-polished and newly-upholstered in a neutral Robert Allen cream-colored twill. They sit well and are very comfortable.
Measures: Armchairs 34.5" wide x 25" deep x 38.5" high.
