About the Item
An elegant and wide French antique bed on original side runners with burr wood panels, fluted front posts and brass ormolu decoration, circa 1920.
This bed accepts a European King Size 160cm x 200cm (5'3 x 6'6) base and mattress set, and it can accept a wider 5'6x6'6 base and mattress with a slight overhang. It is also possible to fit a US Queen Size (or UK King Size), 5ft wide (60 in), base and mattress set.
The price includes a firm bed base (mattress support) for the bed frame. This can changed to a spring base (box spring) if required.
The mattress, bedding and linen are extra and can be supplied by ourselves at Seventh Heaven in the UK.
