A Toba Batak Indonesian bracelet, ca 1900 A bracelet made of brass in the shape of an elephant head with trunk with a green stone on the neck followed by a salamander, the rest with round ornate decorations. A pin is missing. The bracelet comes from Sumatra, Indonesia from the Toba Batak people, late 19th Century/early 20th Century. The bracelet measures 4 cm thick and 9 cm diagonal (outside) and inside 4.5 cm. The weight is 246 grams
