20th century Italian sterling silver volkswagen beetle typ1 model car 1945 circa.
Volkswagen Beetle model car in sterling silver.
The bodywork of the beetle is cast and filed and polished by hand to make the surface shiny.
The car doors open and the interior seats fold down.
The tires are rubber with the classic white band.
The wheels have the ability to steer.
The front glass is present while the other windows are open.
In December 1945, the Volkswagen factory, managed by the British military authorities, began the production of the first sedans destined to become a symbol of the German rebirth after the Second World War.
The 10,000th Volkswagen Typ1 leaves the factory as early as 1946.

The impressive silver car model is embellished with details reproducing the fine definition of the vehicle's body work and fabric features.
