Magnificent miniature portrait of young damsel from the 18th century. Finely hand-painted. Her beautiful face with the whitest skin, just pinkish on the cheeks, looks like porcelain, framed by an intricate ringlet hairstyle and illuminated by two large blue eyes; the lacework on the collar and the embroidery on the dress, painted on the tip of the brush, look real. The young girl wears a pearl necklace and two pearl earrings, jewelry symbolic of wealth and elegance in the 18th century. Inside a beautiful chiseled and gilded bronze frame. Epoch first half of the 19th century. Measurements frame 20 x 13 cm miniature 11 x 7 cm
