About the Item

Original blueprint for a marine launch from the famous naval architect and boatbuilder Frederick D. Lawley (1878–1953) of Quincy, Massachusetts. The legend plate shows: General arrangements for a fourteen-foot launch by F.D. Lawley Inc. Scale 1" = 1 ft. Drawing No. 54-3. The drawing shows a handsome launch and includes bow awning, slat seats, lockers, gas fill, helm, main deck, bow chocks, etc. This is a very rare piece, dated 1,3,28, order 1478, tender no. 42, used on 74. Nicely framed. 20"H x 24"W
