Hans Teppich was born in Germany in 1904. After finishing High-School in Berlin he studied art in evening classes and then continued studying for ten more years in morning classes in the “Kunstgewerbe und Handwerkerschule” in Berlin. He acquired a broad range of art education, including drawing, sculpture, metalwork, bronze casting, metal turning, and interior design.
In 1933 he immigrated to Israel and established a workshop in Jerusalem. In his workshop, he created different practical art objects including Hanukkah lamps, Candlesticks, Mezuzot, Israeli flower...

Chava Wolpert Richard was an artist who dedicated her career to the creation of Jewish ceremonial art. Growing up in the shadow of her father, Ludwig Yehuda Wolpert — one of the most influential innovators of modern Judaica of the twentieth century — she soon carved out her own career and came to be recognized as an artist in her own right.
