About the Item
Handmade silver and gold mezuzah case. Made in a Damascened technique, the case is inlaid with silver and gold, to create a beautiful, primitively crafted piece. At the top, a pair of lions surrounded by floral motives come together, holding the hollowed circle meant for nailing the case to a doorframe. Elegantly crafted columns, made of alternating lines of silver and gold form the frame of this case, while at the end of each column is a crown. In-between the columns, a vase and floral motives are inlaid, while at their top are the Hebrew letters standing for G-d. Delicately designed triangle form the case's bottom edge.
Every item in Menorah Galleries is accompanied by a lifetime “Certificate of Authenticity” and additional documentation and information regarding the individual artifact and its culture.
