Gents Hunting Flask In Leather Case
About the Item
Vintage Conical Glass Hunting Saddle Flask.
A beautiful unusual hunting flask, conical shape with plated top and bayonet fitting, contained in leather saddle case. The saddle flask's leather holster has straps so that it can be attached to the saddle. The leather flap closes with an eye over a stud (replaced) to keep the glass flask in place. The lid is also the drinking cup stamped with makers initials and a registration date stamp, 4th, September, 1879.
Size of conical glass flask:- 25 cm high, 2½ cm diameter at the bottom tapering to 5½ cm at the top.
