Jack Nicklaus Signed "The Grizzly" at Bear Creek Golf Pin Flag

About the Item

A very rare Jack Nicklaus signed "The Grizzly" at Bear Creek golf pin flag, circa 2002. Bear Creek Golf Club is tucked away in the foothills below the Santa Rosa Plateau, in Murrieta, CA. It is a spectacular members only golf club with breathtaking views and a historic signature design by Jack Nicklaus. Established in 1982, Bear Creek is the 22nd golf course (out of over 400 designs) that Jack designed and it has remained one of the prestigious courses in the Inland Empire of southern California. The name of the course is also a refection of Jack's nickname, the "Golden Bear". #2316 The flag is from the annual tournament at the club in 2002 celebrating the 20th anniversary and is signed by Jack in black sharpie in the center left of the piece. The flag is presented in a gold and black frame with a cream mat and measures 19.5" x 25.5" (the actual flag is 14" x 20"). This is a very cool and rare piece of golf memorabilia! There are literally hundreds of Nicklaus signed "Masters" flags available on the market; find another one like this from one of his early golf courses!
