Antique European Six Panel Hand Painted Landscape Canvas For Restoration
About the Item
For Restoration. A colorful set of wood-framed panels features painted canvas with an elaborate architectural landscape, accented by figures and enclosed within a Rococo-style scrolled border. Brass tack nailheads secure the canvas to the frame. European in style with an extensive traditional Villa under a wide open cloud flecked sky with other buildings, hills and mountains in the distance. and

Each panel: 64 1/4 H x 154 1/2" W, 25 3/4 W (each panel) x 1 D
Condition: Restoration recommended. Please see detail photos. Various signs of age and wear include tears to the canvas, very worn corners and some of the hinges are broken and needs to be restored overall. Wear around the trim edges and losses with tears to the canvas. Despite the wear and condition the painting retains a colorful and serene presentation.
