Antique Irish George II Needlework Panel Pole Screen C.1730 Depicting a still life of flowers, on a turned stem, the tripod base carved with scallop shells, on pad feet. 168cm high x 55cm wide Dimensions: Framed Tapestry: 55.5 x 62.5cm Provenance: Has been on loan to English National Trust since 1939. Original needlework showing expected signs of age (please refer to photos). Mahogany Pole in very good condition commensurate of age.
