The Tori screen is a handcrafted three-panel room divider that merges sculptural elegance with functional design. Its gently curved structure is made from solid wood and features hand-woven natural cane panels that filter light while creating a sense of visual softness and intimacy. Inspired by traditional Japanese torii gates, the screen evokes balance and serenity, acting as a spatial element that separates without closing.
Each panel showcases the harmony between natural materials and artisanal craftsmanship. The wood is shaped using traditional woodturning techniques, while the cane is woven by hand using age-old methods. These artisanal processes result in a piece that is both tactile and timeless, ideal for interiors seeking a warm, natural aesthetic.
