Vintage Hand-Knotted Persian gallery or room size rug from the Shiraz region of Western Persia circa the early 1900s. The Lori tribal design rug, similar to Qashqai rugs, comes with traditional three vertical medallions which is “Shiraz Signature” pattern. The use of cream color in the medallions on a rust or a maroon field makes the design stand out. The use of the tree and animal forms throughout the field is a signature design of the tribal weaver of this region.
