About the Item
Carpet of Indian production, hand knotted with the technique of the Tibetan knot. Only 10 pieces of this carpet were produced, all signed by the artist.
Angela De Nozza is an Italian painter of Marche origin, but her artistic training is Florentine. He has participated in various solo and group exhibitions with his paintings, but his is a multifaceted production that sees in addition to the realization of designs for carpets, the creations of precious artistic jewelry. He lives in the countryside in the hills around Florence and has his studio in a house among the trees, protected by his trusty Neapolitan mastiff Elia. In this carpet there is all the personality of Angela, who protected by the powerful figure of his friend, creates a world that does not exist, but that is present in his mind when he meditates on the landscape, on the human figure and on memories of surreal and metaphysical taste.
