About the Item
This rug is woven in Afghanistan using a high knot count (50/50) thats inspired off of The eastern Turkish city carpet called a Sivas. It presents a soft palette that has teal and slate blue andecru medallions that are well-spaced on a beige ground. Smaller medallions and cloud bands are in attendance. Cartouches androsette ecru border. Medium weave on cotton and in excellent condition.
