Large Antique 20th Century Chinese Oriental Silk Rug Cream Green Lotus Flowers
About the Item
A very attractive and large Chinese silk rug with central floral motif and stylised linked chain lattice in subtle colours depicting lotus flowers, symbols of wealth and foliage on a cream background with muted browns, blues, greens and rust colours with a tassel fringe along two sides.
In lovely clean condition with a good pile. One small area in the corner shows evidence of a spillage – see last two images – the pattern detracts from it being particularly noticeable.
