About the Item
Antique Indian handmade carpet
Size: 12'2" × 25'0" (370 × 762 cm)
This unique North Indian carpet was handwoven in the early 20th century, circa 1920. Cotton used to make it is of the highest quality, which ensured both its mint condition and the vibrancy of color palette. The pattern features a field of dense herati design within an elegant palmette and flowering vinery trellis border. The colors of this antique Indian rug are mostly cool shades of red, beige, gray and blue, a perfect combination for any rug!
A prime example of the exclusive and varied Doris Leslie Blau designs, this rug brings luxury and character to any space. Doris Leslie Blau offers a broad and varied pricing spectrum, accommodating collectors and designers across a range of budgets—from modest vintage finds to rare, museum-worthy masterpieces.
