Steps Kilm is available in any size , any colour palette and as runners, with endless yarn colours to select from, and of course in the rosy earthy colours shown. Contact us to discuss colour direction and quotes for any size. Dimensions as shown are 2 M x 3 M (approx approx 6' 7" x' 10').
Steps is designed in Australia and made to order in India of custom dyed wool. Its minimal reference to early 20th century modernism, surrealism, and trompe l'oeil adds sophistication to this simple geometric design and refers to when early European modern and minimalist architecture and furnishings designs were created by traditional hand making techniques creating a bridge between the past and the future.
Steps Kilm bridges a range of 21st century styles equally including minimal, maximal, traditional, rustic and modern formal environments.

This original, minimal totemic 21st century artisanal Claus floor lamp is inspired by Brancusi’s Totem sculptures and 20th century Scandinavian design. Claus Floor Lamp is also a modern take on 18th century architectural dentil moulding details. Claus Floor Lamp is truly artisanal, designed by Wende Reid and handmade in Australia on a single lathe by Australian master craftmen. This carefully detailed floor lamp is topped by a hand-stitched Italian linen shade in a large range of colours, with blanket stitched edges and our signature bronzed shade armature. Claus Floor Lamp is 1.8 M high (approximately 5’11”). The refined stem and base are made of solid, sustainable rock maple available in matte bone white lacquer, or made of richly coloured natural sustainable native rosewood with a hand-oiled finish.
