About the Item
The 6' x 8' Nahir rug is a flat weave made with soft churro wool by master Zapotec weaver, Alejandro Gonzalez in Teotítlan Del Valle, Mexico. Designed by painter and rug designer, Melina Finkelstein, the Nahir rug was produced in 2020 as part of her Casa Muñiz launch. The price is very fair for the quality and design based on original artwork. The colored pencil and watercolor drawing is included in the photos. I recommend using a rug pad and taping down the corners with a double-sided rug tape. Sweep to remove surface debris and spot clean with water and white vinegar to prevent stains. Washing is recommended every year.
