Late 1800s Persian Farahan Sarouk area rug in an allover paisley pattern in a pale green field with a rust red border. The rug has a very unique all-over paisley design connected via scrolling lines set in a pale pistachio green field color with corner spandrels in rust red. There is a small central medallion in rust red. blue that covers a large section of the field. The border is in navy blue with geometric florets in pale green, pale yellow, blue, and cream throughout.
