Mid 20th Century , Beautiful Antique Persian Veece Carpet, Blue and Salmon Tones

About the Item

Curly, thick hooks edge the hexagonal straw medallion, and larger hooks appear on the triangular corners. Small animals along with flowers inhabit the larger shapes. Pale blue main border with rosettes and palmettes. Vis carpets resemble nothing else in the rug world. Moderate weave. Good condition. A dominant blue toned piece with gorgeous salmon accents. Good room sized rug.
