Vintage Distressed Yezd Rug Runner
About the Item
:: Starburst single column center medallions with trefoil contour and interior blossoms outwardly directed. Wrapped by a main border in a meandering vine blossom design motif. Colors and shades include: Silver, dusty dark magenta, platinum, olive green, silver, and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Slight bow of approximately two inches from end to end as compared to the interior middle. Within normal margins for type and age. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Yezd rug runner made in Persia circa 1920's vintage. Size measures 2'1" x 11'1".
