:: Asymmetric weighted rug with slightly offset center medallion and inwardly directed germinating blossoms. Nuanced pinwheel colorized palmettes and buds throughout. Colors and shades include: Navy blue, cobalt blue, dusty charcoal, pale coffee brown, dark dusty burgundy red, beige, sand, pale olive green, pale powder blue, and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Multiple areas of restoration including both outer minor borders and some scattered to the center floral blossom. Multiple minor pinholes, which could use additional reinforcement if intended for a moderate traffic area. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Malayer rug made in Persia circa 1920's vintage. Size measures 4'5" x 6'3".
