Concentric center medallions bursting from the middle, each bearing outwardly pointed simplistic geometric layered floral design motif, atop a covered field in delicate vinery, serrated leaves, floral cross-sections, and more. Main border in a classic Samovar reciprocating design motif in randomly alternating color fills. Excellent range in color palette. Colors and shades include: Brick red, wine red, navy blue, forest green, mallard green, sky blue, ivory, beige, sand, blush, and more. Condition notes: Like-new, original full pile height even across. Original side cord selvages intact. Fully secured sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Mehrivan carpet made in Persia circa 1960's vintage. Size measures 11'3" x 20'4".
