This vintage flatweave rug was handwoven in Sweden in the 1950s.
Designed by Birgitta Södergren. It features a geometric pattern in green, beige, and brown tones.
Made with the traditional röllakan technique, it's signed ‘BS’ in the corner—Södergren’s initials, a mark of authentic Scandinavian craftsmanship.
A 100% wool on flax warp flatweave (röllakan).
Vintage, good overall condition with minor wear consistent with age.
This piece represents authentic Scandinavian mid-century design and works well in both traditional and modern interiors.
