Jan Kath's Erased Heritage collection, which pays homage to traditional oriental carpets through hand-produced Egyptian Mamluks, Iranian Bidjars, and Turkish Konyas, finds its most profound expression in his world map tapestry. This masterpiece represents unity and peace, symbolising our world but extending far beyond, woven into one magnificent piece from the same material.
