Article: Original huge 1960s high pile Rya wall rug Origin: Finland Producer: Wetterhoff, Hämeenlinna Sweden This rug is a great example of 1960s Pop Art interior. Made in high quality handmade Rya handmade weaving technique. This high quality Rya rug was designed by Helena Koskivaara in the 1960s and manufactured by Wetterhoff in Finland. It is made from cotton wool and it is still in a very good vintage condition. Fantastic coloration in bright color from red and black. The original producer tag is still on the back of the rug. An interesting piece for every modern home in a lovely vintage condition. Would fit well in any home with 1960s-1970s decor or in combination with modern midcentury interior. The rug is fixed on the wall by a wooden stick that's inside of the rug at the top. Dimensions: 115 x 166 cm Condition: This item is in a very good vintage condition. Clean, no stains, no holes.
