About the Item

Mid-Century Modern wool hand tufted pile rug is like an abstract expressive painting of circular overlapping swirls of changing colors, Europe circa 1950. The ingenious color variations create a strong counter change pattern of curvaceous shapes. The color pallet starts on the outside in chocolate to burgundy, old pink and salmon to green and mustard and a central circle feature of wool white. The rich monochromatic elements, clear organic lines and bold colors enhance the exquisite texture of this handmade rug.
