The chair is structurally sound. The distinctive craftsmanship frame that give this piece a delightful timeless design, assuring a striking proportioned profile view from all angles. Wonderful armchair of mid-18th century Rococo period, circa 1760, Sweden with rocaille carvings on the seat rail and pierced splat, cabriole legs, H-shaped stretcher and original upholstery. Scraped back to traces of its original paint. Stockholm, Sweden, circa 1760. The details on this chair reflect the expert craftsman put into making this design. The chair is in very good vintage condition with minor age appropriate surface wear. Please view the zoom in images provided closely to confirm its condition and appearance.
