This is a pair of Mart Stam dining arm chairs, originally designed by Mart Stam in 1926. These particular examples were produced by Matteo Grassi in Italy and date back to the 1970s. The chairs feature tubular chrome-plated steel cantilevered frames with brown leather armrests, seats, and backs.
The listed price includes both chairs to be sold together as a pair.
Each chair measures 22 inches deep, 23.5 inches wide, and 31 inches high, with a seat height of 18 inches. They show wear consistent with age and use, including light creasing and surface scuffs to the leather and minor marks on the chrome. Overall, the chairs are in good vintage condition.
