A late 19th century French Louis XVI style carved white painted bergère armchair. The carved painted frame with shaped crest rail, flanked by carved finials above the upholstered back, elbow rests and seat, with the scrolling arms. All supported on turned stop-fluted tapering legs. Upholstered in a sumptuous square pattern quality fabric in yellow with blue lines. These chairs are classically designed with a timeless French elegance, sure to elevate the style of any interior. The chair seat height is 48cm.
