About the Item

A late 19th century deep-seated country house armchair in the manner of an early Howard and Sons Bridgewater armchair. Raised on turned and ebonized legs and casters. The traditional innards are firm and intact and the green fabric is in good clean and presentable condition if you like the current look. An old split repair to the back leg which is firm. We can change the fabric if you wish to something of your choice. As with all our upholstered seating we do offer offer upholstery should you wish. 36cm seat height
