About the Item

A shapely mid 19th century deep seated country house armchair in the manner of a Howard & Sons 'Club' armchair. Raised on nicely turned front legs and short rear legs all with the original large brass casters. The chair comes with a new soft feather cushion however it can be used without the cushion. Currently upholstered in striped ticking with a small tare to the top of the inside back and some marks here and there. We can source this same fabric if you want to change the damaged panel. Structurally in good solid order and for upholstery. As with all our upholstered seating we do offer upholstery should you wish. 48cm seat height with cushion. 32cm seat height without cushion.
